    Hi! You emailed me about the workout plan on my blog! I couldn’t find your email, so I thought I would leave a comment.       Thank you! I checked the video out and now it makes complete sense. I feel like the standing crunch maybe even makes you concentrate on the correct movement more, too. And… I can do them while I talk to my baby in his ExerSaucer!
